Welcome to our Spring 2012 pregnancy journal for Belle the Wonder Dog and her amazing daughter Mei Li. With each pregnancy I try to keep up the journal so that you all can follow along on this amazing adventure with us. This time it may be a little tricky since I will be trying to keep up with TWO dogs and their adventures. Let me start out with my own fabulous dog Belle. She just turned 6 yesterday and has had many puppies and is the BEST mom ever. After her last heat which she did NOT have puppies she was quite pathetic in her depression. She moped for days hanging out in my husbands closet which he was NOT thrilled about. So this time around at the last minute I decided to go ahead and breed her. She just got back from having a sleep over with her some what new boyfriend Atlas of the Shitzu Guru. He isn't that new since he was the father of our last litter a year ago. This is where our Princess Molly came from, Belle & Atlas' last get together. Molly has the most awesome coat and her little face looks like the model Shih Tzu so I am sure these up coming puppies will be the same. If you check out our "past puppy" page you will see Molly, Bob, Taylor, & Fender they are all from the Belle & Atlas litter. We love having puppies here and it is always a much anticipated event. Now on to Mei Li, she live in Phoenix with my sister. She is a puppy from Belle's second litter with Eukanuba star Norris the #18 ShihTzu in the country at the time. She is now 3 and a half years old and expecting her first litter. This too is a much anticipated litter as it took some serious maneuvering for it all to take place. Caspian the Ultimate Stud dog who now lives with my sister in Orlando flew across country to hook up with his new gf in Phoenix. Caspian has some serious milage under his belt. I got him from California when he was 9 months old, then he was here for a little over a year when I realised I can not have the ultimate stud dog and the trampy Belle dog living in the same house. They were out of control so Caspian moved to Orlando, but has come back to GA for conjugal visits. Knowing Caspian's amazing pedigree and ultimate studliness is what made my Phoenix sister spend the big bucks to have him fly across country to her. He has produced 23 puppies that are beyond beautiful and I can not wait to see what he and Mei Li have. Ok I feel that I can not leave out my OTHER sister who lives in Mississippi, she does not have a Tzu unbelievable I know but her Bassethound Vinny is featured on my females page would not want ther to feel left out. So I will try and get the AZ sister to write her own PG journal that I can past up here as well because I really do hope to make this both a GA & AZ page so that all can enjoy this experience with us.
