What puppy owners have to say...

Hi Jessica,
Hope all is going well with you.
Thought I'd send you another update... Max is doing great! He is really cute (I'm sending along this picture as proof!) And he is always getting compliments on what a sweet boy he is. He's the best puppy ever! Amy

Hey there, I am sorry that it has taken sooo long to answer! We have been soooo crazy around here. Daisy is the sweetest dog we have ever had, we spend a lot of time just laughing at her. She is the opposite of the description in the shih tzu for dummies book! She is not the lap dog, she runs wild with the kids and as long as they will go she will too and she is very smart, I catch myself talking to her and she barks back like she knows what I am saying. She has been going to the horse shows with us and does very well! As for her hair color her white has remained white to me. I will send you some pictures when I download them. Let me see if I have the ones from halloween. I have some more if you would like to see what she has been up to since she left! I would take another in a heartbeat! We love her!

Thanks,

Christa

Hi Jessica
Ike is growing like a little weed and doing absolutely great.
Love that little furball more every day!    He really is just an adorable little creature , and loves Luke and Ruby just as much as they love him.
Ruby is learning to be gentle with him and will sit and hold his face in both her little hands and copy the things I say too him - SO cute.

I haven't taken too many pictures lately but I'll try to get you some new ones soon

Hi Jessica.  Rocco is doing great.  Attached is a recent photo of him after attacking the sprinkler.

Hi Jessica,

I hope you and your family had a good 4th of July weekend.  I just wanted to drop you a note with some pictures of Max in his new home.  He is still doing great.  I can't get over how happy and playful he is.  He met Bandit and Rusty (my parents' dogs) this weekend and Bandit has decided to adopt him as her pup.  I think Rusty is a bit jealous!

He inistially had a little trouble learning to drink water out of the bowl.  He kept trying to eat the water like it was food.  Then Saturday morning, the light bulb went off and he finally figured it out.  He was SO proud of himself.  He still is.  Every time he drinks from his bowl he runs over to me and dances around to make sure I was watching to see how smart he is.

He's very good in his crate and doesn't usually need to get up to "potty" until about 6 in the morning.  I've even woken him up in the middle of the night and taken him but he just sits there at looks at me like I'm crazy for waking him up!

P.S.  All the pictures are of him sleeping because I'm not fast enough to get awake shots of him... I always end up with tails and blurs... I don't know how you did it!

Jessica:
Sophie is the high light of our lives!!! She was so easy to potty train. We used the kennel training for Sophie and it was easy. Sophie loves people and people love her. My whole family loves Sophie so much she is not like a dog, she's a hairy little person. She is very easy to take care of. If you use a groomer start them out early about 8 to 10 weeks. Sophie loves her groomer she goes twice a month. The only concern I have is I would love to have another dog just like Sophie but my husband says no "Baby girl would not like it!"

Dear Jessica,

Mae Li is so sweet.  She has the best personality and everybody loves her.  She has never met a stranger and people can't help but be drawn to her.  She was awesome on the plane ride, nobody even knew there was a puppy under the seat.  She has adjusted to the Arizona heat very well and is loving desert life.

Thanks,
Katie Cathcart

Jessica,
You know we love our Bijou. She is the most gorgeous Shih Tzu in the neighborhood, so far. Felippe and I were just talking the other day that you did a great job finding a "good looking and healthy" dad for her. She gained weight fine and is very playfull.
Love, Andrea

Hi Jessica~ Saying that we love her seems inadeqaute.... the whole family just totally adores the baby. Her name is actually Daisy Belle, and Belle is after her Mom. She has been to the vet for the second set of  shots and will go back in two weeks... she has been to the Backyard to shop twice and is going for her first hair appointment this Wednesday. My son wants to thank you SO much, Daisy is the puppy he always wanted. I will email you pictures when I get them loaded. Peggy at the Backyard loves her and I told her how you could truly tell a happy healthy puppy and that they came from an excellent home, she truly agrees.

Best regards, Seana & Matthew Blalock

As you well know I couldn’t love any dog as much as I do Lance (Sir Lancelot de Loc).  He is healthy, happy and just the most wonderful animal I have ever had.  He bonded so well with us.  He loves everyone and has the greatest disposition.  I have seen both his mother (in person) and seen pictures and read articles about his father.  He does come from a very good line of Shih-Tzu’s. He has a beautiful coat and the cutest black rings around his eyes.  I should have called him Bandit.  He is great with children.  He is good with my cats and other dogs in our family.  He loves the outdoors and just recently I realized he loves water. When we travel he is great.  He was very easy to house break.  He doesn’t mind having a bath or being dried with the hairdryer.  He loves to cuddle.  I could go on and on, as you well know.  If anyone has any direct questions for me about Lance or you please have them e-mail me directly.  I would recommend your dogs to anyone.

Thanks,

Hello Jessica this has been a busy week for me.  I am sorry that I missed your phone call concerning Baby Boy he is a sweet heart and my family is very happy to have this young man. He has brought lot of joy to my daughter who is hearing and speech impaired.  I know she loves him almost as much as I do.  Thank-you for this bundle of joy

Dear Jessica,
I wanted to check in with you since our puppy Daisy is almost a year old.  I just can not express enough how wonderful she truly is. We have had many dogs in the past, but I have to say that the quality of her breeding is so evident.  She not only looks beautiful, and I have seen some of the breed that do not, her coat is full, and her face is perfect. Her temperment is just wonderful, from the moment she arrived she has been just a true member of our family.  She not only loves all of the family, but the two other dogs we had as well.  She is not a "yapper" she is a lovebug and she loves to play with our son. She is very smart, and has been the fastest dog we have ever had to house break.  I can not express enough the importance of potential puppy owners to actually visit where your puppy comes from.  It truly matters not only in the health and look of your dog but most importantly their temperment and socialization. A "bargain puppy" can come with so many problems so don't let price be your deciding factor.
Jessica thank you again for our Daisy... I recommend you to everyone I meet who wants a puppy.  Please feel free to use me as a reference anytime.
Best regards,
Seana Blalock
